By using the Bot or Dashboard, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, server administrators, and guild members.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only in lawful ways and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Bot or Dashboard for harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Spam commands, exploit bugs, or attempt to disrupt functionality.
• Access or attempt to access areas of the Dashboard without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service using automated tools.
• Abuse API endpoints or attempt to overload our systems.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

• The Solara Dashboard and Solara Bot are independent projects.
• All code, features, and design are owned by the developers of the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without express permission.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." There is no guarantee of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot or Dashboard at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the Service.
• Use of the Bot and Dashboard is at your own risk.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $0.00 (as the Service is free).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server or on the Dashboard.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
• You have rights to access, delete, export, and anonymize your data.
• Login data is retained for 90 days, and server configuration is kept while the bot remains in your server.
• You can exercise your privacy rights through the Dashboard or by contacting us.

10. User Data Upon Termination

If your access to the Service is terminated or if you choose to stop using the Service:

• Your login data will be automatically deleted after 90 days in accordance with our data retention policy.
• Server configuration data will be deleted when the bot is removed from your server.
• You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected].
• Anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely for security and performance analysis.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service:

• You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
• If informal resolution fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or functionality of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

16. No Refunds
